For additional space, The Den can be added to your booking, transforming Villa 14 into a spacious three-bedroom retreat. This self-contained suite includes a third bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette.
The Den can also be booked separately, offering a stylish and affordable one-bedroom stay for couples or solo travellers.

The Den is a stylish, fully self-contained studio with its own private entrance, offering a peaceful retreat for couples or solo travellers. Separate from the villa, it shares only the garden pathway, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.

A hidden gem!! Hillary and Ian’s villa was fantastic!
Fantastic hosts, really welcoming and provided
great pet friendly recommendations too! A really
private space and was much bigger than I
expected. Everything is within easy walking
distance including the beach! The bikes for use
were a lovely touch too! The villa is very child &
pet friendly. We had our 18 month old with us and
she was able to roam around without concern.
Fully enclosed for our dog too. The heated pool
was great, especially the mid June temperatures!
All the items within the villa were really good
quality and it came with everything we needed! I
couldn’t fault it. I would highly recommend staying
here!

Hilary and Ian's place is even larger than the
photos make it seem. I couldn't get over how much
space we had in the house, plus the pool area out
front, and also a large, separate seating and
hangout area in the backyard. The whole property
is so quiet and peaceful, and yet also within easy
walking distance of Jonson Street. The kitchen is
very well-stocked, and we found everything we
needed. Hilary and Ian live in the front house and
couldn't be nicer! Super helpful, great suggestions,
and always available to answer questions. We'll
definitely stay here the next time we're in Byron!

We loved our stay at Hilary’s! The hardest part was
striking the balance of enjoying what’s in Byron…
and enjoying this beautiful home! The weather was
iffy so her place was even better to enjoy the porch
as the rain came down around us. Can’t wait to
come back.
